It is the policy of E-Communications, LLC., Radio Station
KALM/KAMS, to provide equal employment opportunity to all

It is also our policy to promote the realization of equal

To make this policy effective, and to insure conformance
with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications
Commission, we have adopted an Equal Employment Opportunity
Program, which was instated effective March 10, 2003. A full

For the period October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007, KALM/KAMS
had no new hires.

ACTIVITIES
During the period since October 1, 2006 to September 30,
2007, E-Communications, LLC.., Radio Station KALM/KAMS participated
in several outreach activities.
1. Attended Career Days at Koshkonong High School on April
4, 2007 and Thornfield School on April 23, 2007. ORN was represented
by Ryan Roberts. Interacted with students and answered questions
regarding radio careers.
2. Participated in an endowed scholarship fund partnership
with Missouri State University, West Plains, Missouri, by
awarding on a yearly basis, the Robert F. Neathery Scholarship
to a student interested in Radio/TV.
3. Participated as a member of the Missouri Broadcasters
Association to improve
awareness of radio employment opportunities.
4. Management training programs have been held to educate
managers in regard to Hiring and outreach activities during
quarterly management Manager’s Meetings.
5. Participated in Missouri State University-West Plains
Career Fair by setting up an information booth for students
interested in radio employment opportunities on October 11,
2006.
6. Attended Career Day at Houston High School in Houston,
Missouri on February 8, 2007. Handed out 38 applications to
students.
7. Set up an information booth at ORN Bridal Fair on January
27, 2007.
8. Set up an information booth at South Central Home Builders
Association Show on March 3-4, 2007 to provide employment
information. Booth was manned by employees and managers from
ORN for two days at West Plains Civic Center.
9. Attended the Liberty High School Job Fair on February
20, 2007 at Mountain View, Missouri. Handed out 23 applications.
10. Attended the Willow Springs High School Job Fair on March
8, 2007 in Willow Springs, Missouri. Handed out 9 applications.
11. Attended Career Day at Thayer High School and helped
to conduct mock employment interviews with seniors April 18,
2007.
